Behind-the-scenes at a biker bar open during the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota. In the first episode, Full Throttle Saloon's owner Michael Ballard races to get ready for the rally's opening day as employees are caught stealing and a fire breaks out.

Employees threaten to put the business in jeopardy when one is arrested, one quits, and another gets drunk. Later, at the Korn concert, Michael and Jesse try to hold a separate show in the back and still try to run the main bar at the same time. They know if they fail, the business might shut dow...

An unexpected lightning storm threatens to cancel the Full Throttle Saloon event. Later, a party at the saloon goes too far resulting in one employee visiting the hospital and another in consideration to be fired.

With some of the profits ruined by bad weather, Michael works hard to get Jackyl's Thursday night concert ready to go. But rain is looking to ruin the big event. Will Jesse and the band be able to overcome the rain and make Michael a profit?

More bad weather threatens to hurt the business when the worst hailstorm in South Dakota's history does significant damage to the store. Michael and Angie try to recover from the storm and get business going again before time runs out.

The final night of the Rally finally comes and Michael has one more chance to earn the money he needs. Problems arise during Locals Night, when a group of rowdy young men cause trouble in the saloon.
